These terms cover the SMS alerts you receive from Apartment Notifier and the searches you manage by texting back. By texting the service or replying to a message from it, you agree to the terms below.
Apartment Notifier periodically checks rental searches you've saved and sends you a text message when a genuinely new listing matches. You can reply to update your saved criteria — for example, changing a price limit or adding a neighborhood — and the service will confirm the change back to you by text.
By providing your phone number and texting the service, you consent to receive SMS messages from us related to your saved searches. Message frequency varies with listing activity — typically no more than a few times a week. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance. Texting the service again after opting out resumes alerts.
You must be at least 18 years old and hold the legal right to use the phone number you provide to use this service.
Listing details (price, address, availability) are pulled from publicly available StreetEasy pages and may be delayed, incomplete, or out of date by the time you receive an alert. Always verify a listing's current status and details directly with the broker or on StreetEasy before acting on it.
Apartment Notifier is an independent personal project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of StreetEasy or Zillow Group.
This is a personal, best-effort tool, not a commercial product. It's provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime, delivery, or that every matching listing will be caught. We're not liable for any decision made, or opportunity missed, based on an alert (or lack of one) from this service.
These terms, and the service itself, may change over time. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
You can stop using the service at any time by replying STOP. We may also discontinue the service, or your access to it, at any time.
